8oz Marinated grilled tenderloin steak served over rice, with a cup of bean soup, guacamole pico de gallo, and tortillas.

CHIMICHANGA

Large flour tortilla filled with your choice of beef or chicken fajita, grilled onions, and bell peppers, lightly fried and topped with fresh ranchera sauce. Served with guacamole, sour cream, beans and rice.

PLATILLO MAYA

Marinated grilled chicken breast and sautéed mushrooms covered with melted Jack cheese and shrimps on top. Served on a bed of rice, a side of bean soup and avocado salad.

POLLO CON CREMA

Grilled chicken breast topped with sour cream, Monterrey cheese and chives. Served with guacamole, pico de gallo and rice.

ENCHILADAS VERDES

Three handmade, crispy chicken flautitas topped with salsa verde, cream and queso fresco. Served with avocado salad and rice.

PECHUGA A LA PARRILLA

A flavorful grilled chicken breast prepared with a zesty lemon seasoning. Served with sautéed vegetables, avocado salad, and rice.

SPINACH ENCHILADAS
